FAQ

Appointments & Visits

Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

Yes — our boutique operates by appointment only to provide you with a personalized and unforgettable experience.

How many dresses will I be able to try on?

We typically have time to try on around 8 gowns during your 1.5-hour appointment.

Can I bring guests?

To ensure comfort, we recommend bringing no more than 3–4 guests. If you wish to bring more, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.

What can I expect during my appointment?

You’ll enjoy a relaxed, one-on-one experience with complimentary champagne, coffee, tea, and snacks while trying on stunning gowns in a private setting.

Dress Selection & Sizes

What is the price range of your wedding dresses?

Our wedding dresses range from $2,200 to $6,000, with most of our brides choosing gowns around $3000-$3,500. We focus on craftsmanship, exclusivity, and timeless design — and we’re here to help you find a gown that feels worth every penny.

What sizes are available to try on?

Most of our sample gowns available for try-on are in size M (U.S. 8–10). But don’t worry — we use professional clips and styling tricks to make sure each dress looks perfect on you.

What sizes can I order?

We offer a wide range of sizes for order: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, IVL, VL, VIL, VIIIL — and custom measurements tailored just for you.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

We take your measurements and place your gown order with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due upon pickup. If you choose to pay 100% upfront, we offer a 10% discount.

Production & Timeline

How long does it take to receive my gown?

Most dresses are made-to-order within 16–20 weeks. However, some gowns can take as little as 12 weeks or as long as 24 weeks depending on the design.

When should I start shopping for my dress?

We recommend coming in at least 7–8 months before your wedding to allow time for production, shipping, and any alterations. We don’t recommend starting more than a year in advance unless you’re confident your size won’t change.
